FO Friday - Basket Weave Hanging Towel

I have another kitchen hanging towel to show you.  I recently bought a whole bunch of patterns off of Laurie Laliberte over at Big Girl Blog.  Her Etsy shop is here.  Her patterns are awesome and the directions are very clear.

I wish I had better pictures to show you, but I haven't really been home with good daylight.  Next time I'll bring it to work to get a good photograph.

Can you see the basketweave pattern at the bottom?  I hope so, its really pretty.  I have a few more projects that I am going to make that match this.

Details:
Pattern:  Basket Case Towel
Yarn: Knit Picks Dishie in Jay (used a little less than a skein)
Hook: 5.00mm H
Button:  Pearl looking button that I had in my box

Have you finished anything this week?

Don't forget to check out Tami's Amis, Natural Suburbia, and Wisdom Begins in Wonder.

  6. I wouldn't want to use them. Too pretty. I see the basketweave, shows up nicely. Think I'd hang for decoration, then use towel towel to wipe my hands and the counter etc.
